Start Strong with these Appetizers:
We wouldn't want to fill up our tummies with bread but look at just how impressive Spectrum's bread selection is. From freshly baked baguettes to sourdough, they have a great assortment of bread. For starters, don't forget to also check the steamed seafood – shrimp and clams.
Must Not Miss:
Go all out at Spectrum's carving station! They have three kinds of meat available at their carving station – Roast Beef, Lamb and Lechon – daily so you're sure to get your money's worth at this station. If you're craving for soup and noodles, they have a station for that as well. Make sure to get a serving of Laksa!
Spread Highlight:
Spectrum has a Teppanyaki station where you can have meat, seafood and vegetable stir-fried. Are you obsessed with hummus like I am? Indulge in Spectrum's Mediterranean spread where you can enjoy different kinds of hummus, curry and their can't-miss tender Chicken Tandoori!
Chef/Staff Pick:
Japanese is always a good idea. Spectrum has a great selection of fresh sashimi and unique sushi that changes from time to time, offering classic and unique rolls. They also have a Poke Station where you can customize your bowl to whatever you please.
Always Leave Room For Dessert:
For dessert, they have an assortment of ice cream flavors from Arce Dairy – choose from avocado to ube and cheese to bubblegum! They also have a station for churros which they make upon order. Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce or any toppings, even a scoop or two of ice cream!
