Sign us up for this delectable mix of booze and coffee! Made with brown sugar, coffee, whiskey and whipped cream, this Irish Coffee is the perfect coffee cocktail for your virtual parties.
What you need:
2 teaspoons of sugar
6 teaspoons of Irish whiskey
2 cups of hot strong brewed The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Ground Coffee Beans 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
Before you start, warm your mugs by soaking it in hot water for a couple of minutes! Now, let’s get started. Brew a steaming cup of strong The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® coffee and divide sugar and whiskey between two mugs. Stir in coffee until the sugar crystals dissolve. For that airy white foam, beat cream until thickened and then gently spoon onto tops of drinks, allowing cream to float. Serve these beauties immediately!
Creamy Coffee Granita
Granitas are incredibly underrated. Its icy, crunchy goodness is a welcome delight on a sweltering day! Aside from being incredibly delicious and caffeine-packed, this 3-ingredient recipe is also very easy! Just top it with fluffy whipped cream and you’re all set.
What you need:
12 shots of CBTL™ Italian Espresso or 6 cups of strong brewed The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® ground coffee beans
6 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 cup of heavy cream
In a saucepan, pour in 6 cups of your strong brewed The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® coffee or 12 shots of CBTL™ Italian Espresso, and add in 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Stir until the crystals dissolve and transfer the mixture into a wide baking dish. Place your baking dish in the freezer, freeze for 1 hour, and then remove the mixture to scrape the surface to break the ice. Return to the freezer and repeat the process for 2 to 3 times until the ice crystals are solid. Whip cream until it has soft peaks, and serve it on top of the granita!
Bouncy Coffee Jelly
Beat the heat with this light and bouncy dessert! A popular dessert in Japan, making Coffee Jelly is a must-try for bubble tea lovers. Dip your toes in this refreshing twist to your fave bubble tea topping!
What you need:
1 ½ cans of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Ready-to-Drink Americano
1 sachet of gelatine
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
3 tablespoons of condensed milk
Bring 1 ½ cans of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Ready-to-Drink Americano to a boil in a small pot. Turn down the heat to a simmer and add in the gelatine. Stir every few seconds until the gelatine has been fully incorporated. Remove the mixture from the heat and transfer it into a shallow dish. Place it inside the fridge for 8 hours to set faster!
For the sweet milk, combine evaporated milk and condensed milk and whisk together to properly incorporate. Place it in the fridge to cool while we place our focus on the coffee jelly! With a sharp knife, cut the jelly into cubes inside the dish. Scoop the cubes into cups and pour over the sweet, creamy milk! Still not enough coffee? You can add 1 shot of CBTL™ Italian Espresso over the drink.
Nutty Coffee Bark
Coffee, chocolate, and nuts – we’ve never met a more delicious combination! It’s sure to bring warmth and happiness to your loved ones this Holiday. We’re already drooling at the thought of tasting these goodies!
What you need:
300 grams of dark chocolate
½ cup of roasted almonds, roughly chopped
1 Sachet of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Ready Coffee 3-in-1 Hazelnut Blend
First things first, line a chopping board with silver foil and keep it aside. Then, finely chop the dark chocolate and melt half of it in a double boiler (put your bowl on top of a pot of boiling water). When the chocolate is fully melted, add the ¼ cup of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Ready Coffee 3-in-1 Hazelnut Blend and stir for 5 minutes. Then, mix in the remaining dark chocolate and half of the chopped almonds. Stop mixing once all the chocolate has melted! It’s alright if the instant coffee is still grainy.
Once all the chocolate has been melted, pour the mixture over the foil-lined board. Spread the mixture into a thin even layer and sprinkle the remaining almonds on the chocolate. To let it harden faster, keep it inside the refrigerator for an hour or two. Once hard, break the slab into small pieces and enjoy!
Fluffy Americano Tiramisu
This utterly decadent Tiramisu recipe will make you want to drop off several slices to your loved ones so that they can taste the awesomeness! What you need:
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
¼ cup of sugar
3/4 cups of softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of Amaretto liquor or Brandy (optional)
2 cups of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Ready-to-Drink Americano
1 pack of Ladyfingers

Despite having so many ingredients, this Tiramisu is incredibly easy! Start by creaming your cream cheese. Once smooth, start adding the whipping cream and vanilla and beat the mixture until you get stiff peaks.
Leave the whipped cream aside and prepare the lady fingers! Dip them in The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Ready-to-Drink Americano and place in your chosen container. You can fit as much as you can as long as you’ve covered the whole bottom. Tip: Don’t let them soak because they will fall apart, just a quick dunk in the coffee is fine!
Next, spread half of the whipped cream mixture on top of the first layer of ladyfingers and repeat the process with the second layer. To make it look even prettier, lightly dust the top with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Ready Coffee 3-in-1 Premium Blend and refrigerate for 2-3 hours!
