Enderun Extension, Enderun’s continuing education arm, and Ecole Ducasse, the renowned French culinary and pastry arts school, have partnered to offer online cooking and pastry classes.

Cocina Española lets you create different Spanish dishes through a guided Zoom class. There are 8 different cooking classes this November. You’ll also receive the ingredients prior to the cooking class to make it more convenient. 4. Auro Home Series: Introduction to Chocolate Tasting
Take your obsession with chocolate further with this one-hour online class with Auro Chocolate! Get geeky with chocolate as Auro guides you through an introductory course on chocolate. You’ll learn more about its history and local origins, and appreciate the different flavors and differences of fine chocolate. They’ll send a Chocolate Tasting Kit to all participants before the Zoom event.

5. The Boozy Fest
Get spirited away with different drinks from around the world in The Boozy Fest! The 4-day masterclass series happens from November 18 to 21. With its theme “Around The Globe,” the Online Masterclass Series will feature a variety of spirits from all corners of the world.
Ten Masterclasses are scheduled across four days. You can book your Access Pass (starts at P699) via the Boozy website by purchasing a specific bottle (or a set of bottles) for delivery. It will be four days of drink appreciation helmed by international master blenders and brand ambassadors. Taste and learn more about single malt, scotch whisky, rum, cognac, and tequila from around the world!
Masterclasses are only for customers ages 18 and above.
6. The Tasting Club Manila
Everyone is welcome to join the club, where they hold tasting events that range from food pairings to cocktail, wine, and spirits appreciation.
This November, embark on a culinary journey to Italy by attending their tasting class that’s all about whetting the appetite. The Art of Italian Aperitivo happens on November 21 via Zoom. Participants will receive a tasting set that includes fine cheeses, cured meats, homemade Focaccia, and ingredients to concoct your own cocktails at home. There’s also a virtual tasting dinner on November 28 featuring a 3 course menu with French wine pairings, so watch out for that!
