Discovery Suites Manila welcomes the year with a new dining concept at its signature restaurant, 22 Prime. The hotel's award-winning steak restaurant is now offering a 7-course degustation and wine pairing menu for guests craving a unique culinary experience.
Entitled Tasting Notes, this new dining concept at the restaurant marries degustation (or tasting menu) with wine pairing, with a menu featuring Western cuisine creatively prepared by Executive Chef Gerwin Bailon, while Resident Sommelier Gio Racelis takes charge of pairing each of the chef's featured dish with a glass of aromatic wine that would compliment flavors the best way possible.
Here's a look at the featured food and wine pairings you can now experience for yourself when you reserve a seat for their Tasting Notes menu:

Tasting Notes is now available at 22 Prime from 11:00am to 11:00pm for a minimum of 10 persons; priced at P2,500/person for degustation, and P3,500/person for degustation and wine pairing.
