The Story
Chaz Garcia was inspired to start a business of frozen desserts after working on a sorbet project in one of her classes. After graduating, she pursued this path with some partners who soon were unable to continue due to their other commitments. In 2017, Chaz was able to partner with Joseph Angan, and together they launched The Dairy Grind.

The Dairy Grind’s first home was at a food park in Kapitolyo, Pasig. When it didn’t get too much foot traffic, they decided to close it down and focused on supplying ice cream to clients Ilya and Blake’s Wings and Steaks. The following years, their client base expanded to multi-branch restaurant companies. Today, if you’re craving for good ice cream, you can also order yours directly from their website, www.thedairygrind.com.
Specialty
The Dairy Grind specialty is premium craft ice cream at affordable prices. They also serve sorbet and sherbets, as well as other custom frozen desserts. For the ice cream enthusiast who fancies a wide range of choices, their selection of flavors will surely delight you!
Smores, Black Sesame, Sweet Corn, and Blueberry Cheesecake are just some of the ice cream flavors they offer. They even have a Spiked Scoops lineup which are served with an added kick of alcohol. Finally, you can also craft your ice cream with your pick of mix-ins. Check out their full menu here.
