The Alfred at Cost project which was conceptualized to provide whole-day family meals, charging for food cost and labor only is now on its eighth week. For the upcoming weekend menus, Makati Diamond Residences will be doing a collaboration with different chefs.

Chef Marc Aubry was raised in North Eastern France, in a small village found in the Champagne-Ardenne region. With apprenticeship and work experience from Michelin awarded chefs, he made his name in the culinary world by working in luxury hotels around the globe before arriving in the Philippines in 1989.
Chef Marc Aubry is well known to the foodies in Manila for his well loved restaurants – Je Suis Gourmand, Champetre and currently, Sagana Epicerie.
Look forward to these new weekend menus as we highlight a new guest chef every 2 weekends, featuring their signature cuisine and 10 of their specialty dishes for only ₱4,500 net. The daily weekday take-out menu of 7 dishes will retain on offer for ₱2,500 net. The entire set continues to be good for sharing among 4 to 6 persons.
