Preparing and baking sourdough is not an easy task, but each sourdough loaf is worth the wait! The crusty exterior, its soft interior, and its unique tangy flavor are just heavenly. Eat it with soup, spread some butter, or just enjoy it on its own — the possibilities are endless.

I used to think bigger holes or big open crumb is what makes a great sourdough. I kept making sure that it had to look a certain way. I somehow felt that the crumb had to look Instagram perfect. ????
