AH MAH is Releasing Pandan Kaya Layer Cakes for Their 1st Anniversary

AH MAH is TURNING ONE! To celebrate its 1st anniversary, Ah Mah Traditional Homemade Egg Spongecake will be releasing its most special cake to date– their Pandan Kaya Layer Cake!

The word “Kaya” in this decadent dessert’s name alludes to the coconut flavor which is highly popular in Southeast Asia, especially in Malaysia and Singapore. With sincere thoughts during the naming process of the cake, the word “Kaya” was also chosen as its meaning in Tagalog reminds us of the resilience of people, as we each carry on during these trying times. 

This cake unites the delicious and popular Asian flavors of pandan and Kaya, layered with Ah Mah’s well-loved freshly baked and jiggly sponge cake, with no water and preservatives added. Sweet, fragrant, and creamy–you will not get enough of this one-of-a-kind mouthwatering cake!

As Singapore’s #1 spongecake brand, Ah Mah takes extra quality and care in baking and layering each cake, hence the stores would need a lead time of at least 24 hours to prepare the Pandan Kaya Layer Cake. Their introductory size is a smaller portion of the cake (5.5 cm square), but don’t worry–they will release a larger size in the coming days! This cake should be kept chilled in an airtight container. This cake should be eaten cool to bring out the best of its flavors and texture! 

For its initial launch, the Pandan Kaya Layer cake will be available every Saturday and Sunday in limited quantities only, and will only be available in Ah Mah’s Robinsons Magnolia branch. To ensure that you are able to get your cake, you may order in advance (cut-off every Wednesday night at 10 pm) for pick-up/delivery over the weekend.

You can also have your cake delivered or picked-up during a weekday, but the minimum order should be 3 mini cakes (or eventually, 1 large cake once it’s available). To ensure that we are able to cater to order requirements, please place your orders at least 2 days in advance.

For those who frequently order from Ah Mah via delivery apps, the Pandan Kaya Layer Cake will be made available in FoodPanda and GrabFood, too, until supplies last for the day–so keep on the lookout!
