Shangri-La at the Fort,Ā Manila’s Peruvian restaurant,Ā SambaĀ will be reopening its doors to the public on July 8, 2020. The restaurant will be available for a la carte dining from 11am to 9pm daily.
Located at the 8th level of Shangri-La at the Fort, Samba boasts of safe indoor and alfresco dine-in spaces. Guests are invited to dine in to rediscover the authentic flavors of Peru in a refreshing poolside venue.
Cusco-native Chef Carlo Huerta will be delighting diners with Authentic Peruvian staples. Choose from Ceviche Limeno and Tiradito de Salmon. Grill and oven recommendations include Anticucho de Pulpo, and Pastel De Choclo.
Crowd-favorites like Arroz con Mariscos, Lomo Saltado, and Aji de Gallina are available. Some dishes from High Street Cafe and Raging Bull Chophouse are also available.
