Chef Rinnosuke Mouri, the luxury hotel’s Japanese Executive Chef, introduces sumptuous meals that you can enjoy in the comfort of your home.
Recommended items include Kuro Buta Kakuni, Chef Mouri’s braised pork belly in special soy glaze with taro, spinach, and carrots; and Sukiyaki Gohan, simmered US beef with sukiyaki sauce and ice. For soba enthusiasts, don’t miss the Cold Green Tea Soba – buckwheat noodles with green tea, sweet inari tofu, nameko mushroom, and wasabi.
To ensure quality freshness of seasonal ingredients, pre-ordering a day in advance is highly encouraged. Call +63 2 5318 2815 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM for orders. Pick-up is available with a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 1,000 and starts at 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Please allow a minimum of 45 minutes lead time. Delivery may be arranged via third-party courier service, and delivery cost may vary according to your location. Payments may be settled via debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and PayMaya. For pick-ups, please proceed to the Hotel Okura Manila entrance on Portwood Street.
