Starting off with a salad, one can share the Eggplant, Mozzarella and Basil Rolls (P145) with two other friends as zesty appetizer while waiting for their meal. The warm salad arrives at your table in three rolls, the mozzarella perfectly soft to the bite while a slice of tomato adds the sweet crunch to the overall texture and flavor.

And after the pasta-and-salad course, unwind your night away with rounds of Cerveza Negra (P85), a rich and refreshing thirst-quencher best known for its distinct and bold caramel tones. Amidst the low-key lighting and candlelit classy ambience of the Oyster Bar, the Cerveza Negra is very fitting for a sophisticated night out of town.

Enjoy a cold bottle of Cerveza Negra (P85) with Oyster Bar’s beer match in their Schublig (P280), which comes in a large platter and already sliced.
