What’s In A Meat
Not all steaks are created equal. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse also has their own aging room— a space where factors such as temperature, humidity and airflow are controlled to make the meat more tender and flavorful—where quality beef is dry-aged for an average of 28 days; this guarantees the best of the best for all its diners.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s Shortloin is comprised of three cuts: The Porterhouse, the T-Bone and the Prime New York Sirloin. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s signature cut is the Porterhouse steak–also known as the king of all steaks—which has two parts: the tastier part which is the sirloin, and the leaner and more tender portion that is the tenderloin. Next is the T-Bone, still with both parts but smaller at 700g. The Prime New York Sirloin is a crowd favorite for people who want a fill of quality steak is available at 400g or 600g.
