Sisig is probably one of the most beloved Filipino dishes out there, and it’s only natural that you get to try so many variations of this dish. Flossom’s Daddy’s Homemade Sisig, though, is just like how we like it: spicy, with crispy bits of pork belly, and topped with chicken skin! It’s sinful, but it’s also a nice treat for us who wants something delightfully good once in a while!
