Slicing the cake reveals a soft and fluffy vanilla chiffon with layers of dayap curd. The cake itself is light and subtly sweet with a kiss of citrus, and marries well with the silky chunks of flan. The Adobro (P275) features slices of grilled adobo-marinated pork belly in between soft corn buns. The sandwich also has guacamole, baked beans, fried egg, chicken skin, and an adobo barbecue sauce — making this breakfast burger very filling as your first meal of the day.
