With Moment Catering, clients get to curate their own menu depending on the flavors they want to highlight during the event. Because the brands feature different cuisine, there's surely going to be something that would fit the palate of whatever theme their event will have.
If traditional Filipino comfort food is what they're looking for, they can never really go wrong with Manam, especially with its famous House Crispy Sisig and Gising Gising, two dishes that go perfectly together. The sisig-lovers are even in for a treat as the Catering can prepare a "sisig bar" where guests can choose which toppings they want to go on their plate!
Throwing a cocktail party before the main event? They can also set up a Pica Bar with an entire table of delicious finger food like Chorizo & Kesong Puti rolls, Lobster Ball, Fish Tofu, and more!
For those who feel like a good buffet isn't complete without good Japanese food, Ooma takes pride in its unconventional take on this cuisine. Make sure to try out their Aburi Makis, as well as their Hanger Steak, a flavorful dish that has sous-vide hanging tender, sauteed mushrooms, white truffle oil, sweet potato mash, crispy baby potato, pickle dressing, and ponzu butter.

8Cuts serves casual American fare, offering everything from their House Blend Burgers and Onion Rings to even Chicken Wings. They also serve Burger Sliders, smaller versions of their House Blend Burgers which are filling and good to serve for parties.
Shawa Wama, on the other hand, is in charge of satisfying everyone's Euro-Mediterranean cravings, especially with its kebab, hummus, and shawarma offerings. A Shawarma table can also be set-up for events, where guests can have Shawarma and Shawarma rice prepared fresh by the chefs.
Aside from their brands' signature offerings, Moment Catering also makes sure that guests also get to dig their forks on their party favorites with their 20 live station options. A mix of both DIY and on-the-spot cooking setups, some of the options they offer include the Carving Station, serving stuffed porchetta and flat iron steak. Other live station options include a salad station, sisig bar, shawarma, and a tempura bar.
As for dessert, guests can never go wrong at their Halo-Halo Station where they can choose which toppings they want to go into their cup, from the beans and jellies to the kinds of milk used, as well as the ice cream to top it all off!
For those who prefer cookies over everything else though, they may also serve some of Mo's Cookies bestsellers like their White Chocolate Walnut and South Cotabato Dark Chocolate.
Lastly, Moment Catering's clients can also enjoy wines, spirits, and specially-crafted cocktails which are inspired by the drinks from Bank Bar and that would go well with the dishes they'll be serving.
