Mr. George Pua, the man behind KPub BBQ, Ogawa traditional Japanese restaurant, Oppa Chicken, Rico’s Lechon and Thai BBQ, has just opened a new steakhouse in BGC!
Located at One Bonifacio High Street Mall, George Town Super Steak is the newest steak restaurant in the block, its kitchen featuring a Mibrasa oven that uses charcoal to cook food, which tames the fire to grill and roast food at the same time. The oven also makes for a faster, more efficient cooking.
“Cooking with the Mibrasa oven is the next generation for cooks like us,” George Town Super Steak's Chef Jin Ho Yoo shares. Meats are always cooked precisely, while retaining flavor and juiciness. “That’s what I call ‘next-level cooking.’," he adds. "Surely, you’ve never tasted dishes cooked this way before, like a grilled roast steak with a smoky finish."

Diners are also given a hot stone along with their medium rare steaks to customize how they prefer their meat to be done (pro-tip: let the steak fat sizzle in the hot stone, for that addicting crisp!)
