With its hip interiors (neon light, present!) and solid food and drink menu thanks to Chef Niño Laus and mixologist Kalel Demetrio (the duo behind Poblacion's popular foraging bar and kitchen, Agimat), it looks like Hey Brew Eatery +Bar is set to give Greenhills a night life both delicious and Instagram-worthy.

With Chef Niño Laus helming the food at Hey Brew, expect a menu that is influenced by his passion for both French and Japanese cuisine and techniques -- this is most evident in his playful selection of appetizers and bar bites, where guests are treated to beautifully plated items, indulging first with their eyes before they savor with their tastebuds.

Joining the chef in Hey Brew is mixologist Kalel Demetrio, a.k.a. "Liquido Maestro," who is well attuned to Laus' food philosophy, being collaborators in their Poblacion bar Agimat. To complement all the food in Hey Brew, Demetrio has concocted a slew of drinks for all spectrums of thirst, be it a craving for coffee, cocktails, mocktails, milkshakes, and more. The mixologist shares that here, you can either linger by the bar and enjoy your nightcap, or drop by during the day for some grab-and-go drink to get your daily fix of caffeine or boost of juice.
