Committed to reducing waste and its carbon footprint, Bake House puts on effort in reducing single-use plastic packaging and food waste. With this, they created the Conscious Cookie which is made from various cookie trims and ingredients that did not make the measuring cup.
Other than the delectable food choices, they have a beverage line-up that complements the menu – "Hey, Brew!" which is Bake House's homemade Kombucha that is available in three flavors, a coffee collection in partnership with Toby's Estate, specialty teas, cold-pressed juices and a unique take on the signature hot chocolate.
Bake House also has a retail merchandise section which includes the bake shop's signature products, some bread to-go and Shangri-La at the Fort's dining signatures like the Raging Bull Burgers sauces, Samba's Andean potato chips, Canton Road's cashew nuts and more.
