Bo's Coffee has been known for serving their quality Philippine coffee since 1996, with beans harvested by local farmers in Sagada, Benguet, Bukidnon, Davao, and Cotabato. This time around, the coffee chain upgrades their service with digital innovations to make ordering hassle-free for their customers, thus, the launch of BOTTY– a country's first.

“We really want to give our loyal customers the best of both worlds. If they want to unwind and relax, they can come to our stores and enjoy the ambiance. When they want to save time and don’t have time to line up, we also have the platform for that and that’s BOTTY,” this according to Steve Benitez, CEO of Bo’s Coffee.
BOTTY founder Cary Gee, also shared his experience with LINE in China, where the messaging app had become an all-around platform for food ordering, money transfer, and other services. This is what Gee is trying to bring to the Philippines through the online messaging app mostly used by Filipinos, Messenger.

Get started by submitting your location so they can give you the nearest branch where you could pick up your coffee, or choose your branch manually. Browse through their menu and place your order.
Pay online with your Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards, Paymaya Card, or pay with cash upon pick-up. And it's done! Your coffee will be ready in 15 minutes, and on your way BOTTY will keep you updated on your order.
Skip the line on your pick up branch and just show your collection number to receive your cup of joe!
There are also perks for BOTTY users. You can get free pastries by answering their short surveys or by sharing it with a friend. Here's a spoiler: when that friend orders through BOTTY, both of you will get a surprise freebie!
You can grab your BOTTY ordered coffee in 47 selected branches in Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Palawan, Davao and Cagayan de Oro. Soon, more stores will also be participating.
Other online payment options for BOTTY will also be accepted in the near future such as GCash and GrabPay. Delivery service will soon be available as well via GrabExpress, while at present you can also order through Food Panda. The advance ordering bot is also coming to Viber.
