The weather these past few months may be gloomy, but let these pastel-themed cafes be reasons for a quick road trip to make your days jolly and bright! All cafes on this list are just too pretty to resist! Ready your OOTDs and drive to these three picture-perfect establishments to add some color to your Instagram feed!

Bella Marie Café
Location: Baguio City

Bella Marie Cafe is the new pretty kid on the block. It just opened last June but is already being talked about both online and offline. The establishment is owned by Liberty, a 20-year-old Hotel & Restaurant Management student. Liberty shares that  Bella Marie is a cafe made for millennials like her.

The cafe is not too big, but they made sure that every nook and cranny of their space is Instagrammable and eye-catching. From its wallpapers to chairs, even to the wash area, it is being true to its name – Bella – which means beautiful in Italian.

While millennials are the restaurant's main target market, the folks behind Bella Marie Cafe are still undecided whether to install wi-fi or not, because they also want customers to be in the moment — to relish their food, read a book, or simply enjoy the company of their friends and families.

Bibliophiles will also love hanging out in this cafe! Books that are popular to millennials such as the works of Lang Leav and Michael Faudet, and a few about fashion and travel, can be found in the cafe for everyone’s perusal.

What to order: Shrimp Pesto Pasta, Angus Beef Burger, Oreo Cheesecake Frappuccino, and Salted Caramel Frappuccino. People should also watch out for their signature rice bowls that will be available very soon!

Bella Marie Cafe is located at 25 North Central, Aurora Hill, Baguio City (across Bayan Park Police Station). Follow on Instagram (@bellamariecafe) and Facebook (/bellamariebaguio) for more information.

Café Noelle
Location: Pampanga

Café Noelle easily made its mark in Pampanga because of its all year round Christmas theme. The chef-owner named her cafe after her daughter – Noelle.

The restaurant was born out of Chef Judy Uson’s desire to have a warm and cozy place where everyone can enjoy hearty home-cooked meals. Aside from its pastel theme, Cafe Noelle is a popular Pampanga spot because of its Christmas decors.

Don’t we all long for that Christmas-y spirit, especially now that the holidays are right around the corner? It's easy to feel at home in this beautiful space, and to have a taste of home on every plate!

What to order: Frozen Brazo de Mercedes, Impossible Cake, Crab Roe Pasta, Salad Noelle, Spinach Mozzarella Ravioli, Squid Ink Calamares, and their signature Chiffonelle cake! It’s so soft and they used carabao’s milk to make it creamier!

Cafe Noelle is located at Greenfields Square, Mac Arthur Highway, Sinadalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. It also has branches in SM City Clark and MarQuee Mall (near NLEx Angeles exit). Follow on Instagram (@cafenoelle) and Facebook (/cafenoelle) for more information.

Cafe Congreso
Location: Bulacan

Yep, a cafe that looks straight out of Wes Anderson’s film The Grand Budapest Hotel! Cafe Congreso was created to visually inspire; it is a place where one would like to stay for a longer while every time they take a coffee break.

Joseph, a 24 year-old graduate of Behavioral Science who grew up in Malolos, had always wanted to put up a cafe since he was in high school. He said back then, there aren’t really places where you could hang out, drink coffee, and enjoy good food. Apart from that, he got really interested in specialty coffee and what makes them distinctively good so he signed himself up for a few workshops and enrolled in a couple of short courses to be one of the first to offer specialty coffee in his hometown.

Fast forward to May of 2017 when he finally opened Cafe Congreso and to June 2018 when Cafe Congreso made it to BuzzFeed’s list of “15 Of The Most Beautiful Pastel-Themed Restaurants Around The World” alongside Shugaa in Thailand, Cafe Cancan in Canada, Noglu in France, and Sketch in the United Kingdom, to name a few.

Joseph wanted to veer away from the usual design elements of most coffee shops, which is why he chose soft/feminine pastel colors over the usual dark earthy tones and wooden accents that characterize the design of a typical coffee shop.

Everyone's favorite area to take their photos here is the coffee bar, where their custom espresso machine–a La Marzocco GB5 in frosted mint–takes center stage. It's perfect because it highlights what Cafe Congreso is initially about: good coffee and a beautiful space.

What to order: Chicken Cheetos with Garlic Mayo Dip, House Salad, Buttermilk Chicken Burger, Vietnamese Cold Brew, and don’t forget to try their home-made ice cream! Ferrero and Pistachio flavours are our top picks! Also, add Cafe Congreso to your list of places where you could get all-day breakfast meals!

Cafe Congreso is located at Ground Floor, Don Mar Building, Paseo del Congreso Street, Catmon, Malolos, Bulacan. You may reach them at (044) 802 6517. Follow on Instagram (@cafecongreso) and Facebook (/cafecongreso) for more information.
