With over 745 restaurants in 11 countries, the American seafood restaurant (and largest buyer of North American lobster in the world!) is launching its first Philippine branch at Conrad's S Maison under The Bistro Group.
Red Lobster started back in 1968 as a family-owned restaurant in Florida. Today, Red Lobster is the world’s largest seafood restaurant company, the largest buyer of North American lobster in the world, and the largest seafood purchaser in the world! They also use all sustainable anf reliably sourced seafood, having face to face relationships with seafood suppliers. With this brand, seafood lovers are surely in the right hands for the most delicious experience. And this November 2018, Red Lobster is bringing their famous high quality shellfish combinations to the Philippines!
Red Lobster is the 18th brand under the The Bistro Group's portfolio, the 17th being the recently opened fine dining concept of Bistro's Executive Chef Josh Boutwood, Helm. This year also marks the 50th anniversary of Red Lobster, so soon we can celebrate with them when they open the first Philippine branch to be located at the ground floor of S Maison, Conrad Manila, Pasay City.
They will be bringing in the restaurant's famous and best-selling dishes like the Ultimate Feast® which combines Tender Maine lobster tail, steamed wild-caught North American snow crab legs, signature hand-crafted garlic shrimp scampi, and Walt’s Favorite Shrimp all on one plate. Seafood like wood-grilled lobster, snow crab legs, and fresh salmon can be ejoyed with Red Lobster's famous warm, freshly-baked Cheddar Bay Biscuits® — famous for their cheesey-garlic goodness and endless refills. All entrees include a complimentary serving of these pop-in-your-mouth addicting biscuits!
Red Lobster will be regularly shipping live lobster to Manila and soon, we'll have a restaurant in the country that will have this delicious seafood readily and regularly available on the menu! Aside from bringing in their popular food, they'll also be bringing in their other signature cooking methods and techiniques, like an oak wood fired grill. Another thing to look forward to is their collaboation with local seafood suppliers, which will allow them to include Filipino fresh catch like local fish on the menu!
