BRGR: The Burger Project, the pioneer in design-your-own burgers, recently launched exciting new additions in its menu: New Designr BRGRs, Chicken Nuggets and junior-sized burgers, milkshakes and fries.
Headed by Chef Edward Bugia, the BRGR Project has been in the famed Maginhawa neighborhood since 2010, with its fully customizable menu offering thousands of possible combinations. Customers can choose from four types of patties: bestselling angus beef, local beef, chicken and tofu; four types of buns: sesame seed, potato, vegan oatmeal and brioche; six types of cheese: cheese sauce, mozzarella, garlic cream, cheddar, bleu and pepperjack; 14 choices of sauce, and 20 options for toppings, including latest additions Chicken Skin, Pulled Pork, and Spam Caramel. One can even go vegetarian with a tofu patty and a vegan oatmeal bun, and a wide range of veggies in the toppings and sauces.
For those who want Chef Ed’s pre-designed burgers, BRGR Project offers eight “Designr BRGRs”, including the new “Mango Sriracha Chicken BRGR” with chicken patty, mango sriracha, onion strings, garlic cream cheese and lettuce on a potato bun; and “Pulled Pork BRGR” with beef patty, pulled pork, cheddar & pepperjack cheese, and onion strings on a brioche bun.
“We are all about choices, we let our diners choose what they want from us. Every month, we bring them more options with new patties, toppings, side dishes, milkshakes and fries. And starting this July, we are launching our very own Chicken Nuggets” says Chef Bugia.
With the growing clientele of kids and budget-conscious students in the QC university area, BRGR Project now offers junior-sized burgers, Designr Fries, and milkshakes, and “BFF Boxes” for milkshakes, and burgers with fat fries and sodas for sharing for 3, 4, 5 and 10 people.
