Rachel Imperial, owner, having been in the food industry for quite some time now had only one goal when she opened her own restaurant – offer value for money steak. Seeking for steaks that are easy on the pockets? Start your steak adventure with their affordable steak meals that will make this your new favorite spot to eat and chill at. Choose among their Fillet Mignon (P280), T-Bone (P165), Ribeye (P260) or their Porterhouse Steak (P280). What's great with a Porterhouse Steak is, you get the best of both worlds – tenderloin on one side and striploin on the other. Make sure you cut through the middle so you can see how these steaks are cooked perfectly pink – just how steaks are supposed to be cooked.
A new item on their menu is a whole line of Wagyu steaks. We got to try a slab of Porterhouse Wagyu Steak (P680/200-220g) that's seared perfectly resulting in a tender cut of meat packed with flavor and juices. All steak meals come with two sides and your choice of mushroom gravy, pepper gravy or chimichurri sauce which is a personal favorite and a great sauce for grilled meat.
Part of their Lenten special is a generous serving of plump Baked Shrimp (P320) and the Shrimp Scampi (P185) pasta if you want to skip on rice. If you love butter and garlic, you'll surely enjoy both dishes. They also have dishes like Fish & Chips, Buttered Garlic Fish and Baked Salmon Head that are perfect partners this Lent.
We couldn't believe it as well; almost all their drinks are satisfying and affordable starting at only P98. Indulge on their milkshakes like this sweet and refreshing Strawberry Passion (P98) or the Matcha (P98) that actually could both pass off as dessert. Their serving of Affogato (P98) which is affordably priced, as well, is a must-try if you need a good boost of energy.
The Bootbeer (P220) which is a 1L root beer float is definitely great for sharing. It's also available in a smaller serving at only P98. They also have a wide range of interesting cocktails you can choose from. Sip on some refreshing Strawberry Margarita (P98) that's a perfect way to end a meal at Steak to One. Other cocktail offerings are a sweet Chocolate Martini, Down Under Sangria, Blue Pina Colada, Frozen Blue Margarita and so much more, priced at only P88.
