You have a scoop of lemon ice cream sitting on a bed of meringue rocks, and it's adorned with a fortune cookie and a gold chocolate coin for auspicious energy your way. This is paired with chicken skin flattened like thin crackers–it's baked to a crisp instead of deep fried and gets an extra kick from a marinade of lemon juice and a topping of grated lemon zest. It's a little mad, but don't knock it until you've tried it. The chicken skin gets so addicting, and Freezer Burn highly recommends for you to use it to scoop some ice cream (just like how we dip fries into ice cream).
