You have a scoop of lemon ice cream sitting on a bed of meringue rocks, and it's adorned with a fortune cookie and a gold chocolate coin for auspicious energy your way. This is paired with chicken skin flattened like thin crackers--it's baked to a crisp instead of deep fried and gets an extra kick from a marinade of lemon juice and a topping of grated lemon zest. It's a little mad, but don't knock it until you've tried it.
