Aside from offering their best-selling takes on comfort food, the new branch of Le Petit Soufflé opening tomorrow in Mega Fashion Hall will roll out new dishes and Workshop, a bespoke bakery.
Noted pastry chef Miko Aspiras shares how he yearns for the Filipinos to experience beautiful desserts — artfully made, inspired and delicious, stuff that we mostly just see abroad on everyone's feed yet seldom tasted in our own metro. "I also want to keep the charm. You know when sometimes when it's all too familiar or a little too stiff? And I like putting in flavors that you might think don't come together but go well together," he adds, about keeping things fun for Le Petit Souffle and all of his food concepts in the country (with more to follow in 2017 — dessert lovers are in for a treat).
To push his creativity in pastries further, he opens Workshop bespoke bakery inside the Megamall branch, touted to be the most complete patisserie in town.
If you love pastries, sweets, and all things comfort food then Le Petit Soufflé in Megamall is a must-try. Here's a sneak peek inside the store and of the new food to try!
