Now you can enjoy the famous 'not a brownie' treats in their first cafe in Makati, and order good coffee and savory dishes while you're there.
While Bucky's has been around for quite a while, feeding the dessert lovers their buckies (which they explain is the lovechild of a flourless chocolate cake and a fudge brownie) in different food events and through Toby's Estate branches, this is the first brick and mortar cafe in Makati that is truly theirs.

Bucky's is now open in Poblacion, along Don Pedro, the street now burgeoning unique food concepts far from the mall and commercial center vibe of the other side of Makati. The cafe is housed under the same structure of The Wild Poppy, The Smokeyard, and Alamat; it is also a short stumble away from Z Hostel. What to expect at Bucky's Poblacion? Their slew of buckies in boxes and slabs, all flavors, and amping up the experience is a dessert bar of sorts: you can customize your buckies here with an assortment of add-ons like toppings and soft serve ice cream.
To drink there's hot and cold coffee served, and for bigger food cravings, a menu of savory items created by Chef Justin Golangco. Comfort food like Beet Salad, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Fried Chicken with Cornbread, and Swedish Meatballs are offered at the new establishment. Aside from Buckies in assorted flavors, there will be Bunuelos and Soft Serve Ice Cream in different flavors like milk and cinnamon graham.
For this weekend (Friday and Saturday), Bucky's will be popping up on the other side of Poblacion at The Red Light to offer their soft serve ice cream and Bucky's at an Italian Street Food pop-up helmed by Chefs Justin Golango and Alec Santos.
