Rolling out maki, temaki, and other Japanese creations every day, Sushi Nori recently opened to the public and is Manila's first temakeria specializing on temaki: freshly hand-rolled, cone-shaped sushi.
With over 22 sushi creations to choose from, Sushi Nori at Food on Four at SM Aura lets you be playful with your sushi, where you can first choose to order it as a Temaki Handroll (cone shaped, wrapped in nori — handheld for solo eating) or as Maki Rolls (rolled sushi good to share), and then choose among many kinds of sushi flavors.

Basic Sushi come in Kani, Tamago, Sake, Maguro, and Unagi, while Deluxe Sushi (P129/Temaki, P169/Maki) include variants like California (kani, ebiko, mango,and cucumber), Ninja (tamago, blow-torched cheese, ham, nori strips) and Crazy Kani (kani overload with tempura flakes). Special Sushi (P149/Temaki, P229/Maki) include rolls like Jalapeno Poppers (with salmon, cream cheese, and tempura flakes), Okonomiyaki (tamago, kani, bonito flakes, spring onions, okonomiyaki sauce), and Ay Caramba (spicy tuna with crispy wantons).

Premium Sushi (P289-329/Maki) is also available for more indulgent sushi treats like Godzilla which has unagi and black ebiko, and OMG which is a roll with blow-torched salmon, ebiko, tamago and cucumber. Aside from sushi you can enjoy at Food on Four and getting sushi-to-go, they also have other food items like Tuna Tataki Salad and Vanilla ice cream with Coffee Jelly.
