The L'entrecóte concept was originally from Geneva, a restaurant popular for having only one thing on the menu, "Steak and Unlimited Fries with the Secret Herb Butter Sauce".
Chef Martin Kaspar has adopted this concept and introduced L'entrecóte to Manila in 2010.
Since then, not only have we been well known for our "L'entrecóte Menu", but also for our other menu selections that have been added as we grew.
