About the Event
Celebrity Fitness and Fitness First, two of the leading fitness brands in the country, join forces with Bonifacio High Street in an explosively fun fitness celebration this July 6. Synergy is a unique workout event that will highlight not just the best Celebrity Fitness and Fitness First group fitness programmes, but will also take their members center stage as they represent their home clubs and face other clubs in a series of challenges that will test their strength, agility, coordination, speed and balance.
There will be exciting group fitness classes throughout the day led by top instructors. Start the day with Gentle Flow Yoga from 8:00AM – 9:00AM, then Body Combat from 9:30AM – 10:30AM. Expect a fun Zumba class from 2:00PM – 3:00PM, then party up and bounce to the beat with SALTAR from 3:00PM – 4:00PM, Celebrity Fitness’ signature trampoline based workout.
To cap off the evening, Fitness First will be awarding this year’s New You Achievement Awards winners. The annual New You Achievement Awards (NYAA) recognizes and celebrates the fitness achievements of Fitness First members. Now on its tenth year, the search is open to all Fitness First members who accomplished outstanding achievements within the past year. Twelve finalists with amazing real-life transformation stories vie for the NYAA Overall Winner title.
Synergy is a one-of-a-kind party you would not dare miss. Bring your friends and sweat it out at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheatre, BGC, Taguig on July 6, 2019. Classes are open to all, and slots are on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees also get the chance to win raffle prizes and free memberships throughout the day.
