Presenting Kalayaan College of Fine Arts Thesis Class Exhibition 2018!
This year’s thesis class is composed of various individuals with diverse interests, which will surely tickle your mind to your liking.
The thesis exhibition “Lilok,” the process of carving in Filipino, also highlights every individual’s unique craftsmanship and personality as shaped by their experiences. The exhibition hopes to interest every audience by challenging their perception and worldview through art, represented by artworks that underwent rigorous research and preparation. This is a showcase of their yearlong study, and we all hope everyone will join us to empathize, to ponder, to feel and to constructively critique the culmination of their efforts.
The exhibit will run from 30 May to 6 June 2018 at Kalawakan Spacetime Art on the 2nd floor of Casa Bella Building, 1046 Quezon Avenue, Corner Roces Avenue Quezon City, Metro Manila. On 30 May 2018, there will also be an Artist Talk at 1pm, and the Opening Reception at 6 pm. See you there!
