About the Event
The Young Hoteliers’ Exposition (YHE) is a trimestral, school-wide event that gives opportunities for future hoteliers and restaurateurs to showcase their talents, skills and creativity in culinary arts, hospitality and the travel and tourism industry. The event is done by series of events that sharpen the saw of every future hoteliers through solidarity-centered competitions.
The Young Hoteliers’ Exposition brings you “ODYSSEY: DARING AND DAUNTLESS”.
This March 7-9 2018 at the AKIC Campus of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
The School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management (SHRIM) of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde will be celebrating its 51st Young Hoteliers’ Exposition this coming March 7 to 9, 2018 at Angelo King International Center. In line with this term’s theme, “The Odyssey”, we would like our audience to join our journey way beyond expectations. There will be series of competitions and seminars during the whole YHE week. These events aren’t only for the participants to experience first-hand, but also for the audience to have a feel of the daring and dauntless journey of the Odyssey.
This term’s YHE week aims to go beyond borders and explore the uncharted waters as the students compete for victory through the competitions made just for them.
