British Council IELTS Fair 2018

The British Council Philippines is holding its third IELTS Fair on 24 February (Manila), 10 March (Cebu) and 17 March (Davao). The IELTS Fair is an opportunity for all IELTS test takers to be equipped with test-taking tips and techniques to help them achieve their desired scores.

The event, themed ‘IELTS Gets You There’, will bring together language and review centres, immigration and consultancy firms, and education agents to provide support to potential test takers for living, studying, or working abroad through IELTS.

The programme includes free workshop sessions by a British Council IELTS expert on the four sections of IELTS (which are Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking). Previous IELTS test takers will also be sharing how they prepared for the test and how they were able to achieve their desired scores. Participants may also register for a free IELTS Pretest, which are practice tests administered under exam conditions.

The British Council is also giving away two (2) one-way Emirates tickets bound to the UK as – participants who book their IELTS test on the day of the event earns a raffle entry for the one-way Emirates ticket. Other prizes include IELTS preparation books, exclusive IELTS Study Pack and a free voucher for the IELTS Exceed Writing Workshop. 

This year’s IELTS Fair will be from 9.00 to 16.30, at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ortigas (24 February), Cebu Parklane Hotel (10 March) and Grand Regal Hotel in Davao City (17 March).
