Experience a Scent and Sound Healing to restore love and happiness in your life on February 11, 2018 at Yoga+Express Legazpi at 10:30 am.
When you activate the energy of love in your life, your being fills up with the most joyous, healthy vitality that you can ever imagine. You will be able to connect deeply with others and recognize that the same love that resonates in their soul resonates with yours. You energize your body and your whole life and end up falling in love with life and life falls in love with you.
The scent and sound healing session is designed to release karmic relationships and charge your heart and sacral energy fields using the sound vibrations of the gong and essential oils of pure plant and flower essences. You will learn how to use them in your daily self-care practice.
Contraindications are for women who are in their first and final trimester of pregnancy and those who are suffering from serious mental health problems.
Wear light, comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat, an eye covering and a light shawl. The Early Bird rate is P600 for Yoga+Express Legazpi (YPELV) members and P800 for non-members until January 28, 2018. The regular rate is P750 for YPELV members, P950 for non-members. Walk-in rate is P1,000.
