Join Courage Asia and Mr. Guillermo “Ige” Ramos as they take you through a writing journey in The Write Mind : Have Pen, Will Travel. This is a food and writing workshop on November 11, 2017, 1-5pm at the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel.
Mr. Ige Ramos is a writer, former Editor-In-Chief of Rustan’s magalogue called “SansRival”, a world-traveller and an award-winning book designer. He is one of the pioneers who brought people’s attention to Cavite cuisine and historic places. Currently, he is the President of Culinary Historians of the Philippines (CHOP) and one of the founding members of Philippine Culinary Heritage Movement (PCHM).
The workshop will discuss effective writing tips as well as allow participants to write their own articles for evaluation and comments. Snacks and drinks as well as a Certificate of Attendance will be given to the participants.
