On its 35th year of Exceeding Excellence, Business Management Society proudly presents Bistro Boulevard: Beyond Flavors, the organization’s first fundraising event for this academic year and its first-ever online bazaar activity!
Revolving around the themes of “A Taste of Ambition”, “A Taste of Dedication”, and “A Taste of Innovation”, Bistro Boulevard aims to give future food business owners and enthusiasts a glimpse of how they can start their own business and have their food aspirations come to life. Moreover, it aims to promote local start-up ventures, which is why the spotlight will be focused on the local food industry, particularly on small food businesses.
The event will be featuring a one-day webinar, which will happen on May 8, 2021, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM via Zoom, and a one-week online food bazaar, which will happen from May 9, 2021 – May 15, 2021. A total of 50 food concessionaires will be participating in this event, offering its customers various meals, snacks, beverages, and desserts with plenty of food choices to choose from. 20% of the proceeds will then be donated to the Business Management Society’s beneficiary: Jaime Hilario Integrated School La Salle. Currently, five scholars from this Lasallian school are being supported by BMS to pursue their education.
