ERG Cup is envisioned to provide an avenue for the EEEI community to take a break from academic stress and instill sportsmanship among the players through sports. Participants from research laboratories, student organizations, faculty, alumni, and other student teams or groups in the institute are welcome in joining this friendly competition. Amidst the limitations brought by the remote setup, UP ERG stood its ground and continued promoting camaraderie amongst the participants and the audience.
This year, ERG Cup is more than ready to bounce back and to bring an ultimate gaming experience within the comfort of your homes. ERG Cup 2K21 takes the route of Electronic Sports or Esports with Mobile Legends, League of Legends, and Valorant. ERG Cup 2K21: Mobile Legends | November 15 to 17, 2021

ERG Cup 2K21 officially commences as Mobile Legend: Bang Bang launches its attack from November 15 to 17. Get ready for exhilarating base races and intense gameplays of teams hungry for the throne. Apart from the main team tournament, ML:BB brings another action-packed treat with its 1v1 Match and 5v5 Rumble. 1v1 Match is a battle of wit and tactic as players are free to use any hero without restrictions in the lane, jungle and item to be used. On the other hand, 5v5 Rumble will use only one hero category decided upon by all players. Join the thrill and watch out for each team’s tricks up their sleeves.

The heat of the arena is also extended with its mini events – Prize Fight and Finding Teemo. Watch how each team strategically deploys their teammates in 2v2 and 1v1 matches in the game Prize Fight and how each team’s speed and strategic approach are put on a test with Finding Teemo. Whose team will secure the prize with their bulletproof game of action? Whose team will be able to seek their enemies’ Teemo while defending their own?
ERG Cup 2K21: Valorant | November 23 to 25, 2021
Continue to fight, continue to win! The stage for the first ever Valorant tournament of ERG Cup is set on November 23, 24 and 25. All teams will go head-to-head in showing their skills in weaponry and tactics as they try to plant or defuse the Spike. Also, don’t miss the thrill in the other game modes we have prepared. Watch how each team outskill each other, updrafting and dashing towards the crown with Valorant’s iconic mobility agent, Jett, in Jett Rumble. While, team captains showcase their individual prowess as they face-off against each other in Sheriff Deathmatch.
