On May 6, Globe Telecom announced that they have made a collaboration with The Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia which would give Filipino customers exclusive access to their offerings. It is definitely a collaboration that would make kids and kids at heart jump for joy.
Here are the things that a Globe subscriber can look forward to:
- Disney Movies On Demand. An on-demand subscription service for selected evergreen Disney and Pixar titles such as the Toy Story franchise, Finding Nemo, The Princess Diaries, Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas, Cinderella and much more, that can be viewed on any device anytime, anywhere.
- Disney TV shows On Demand. An on-demand subscription service for selected Disney TV favorites such as Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Phineas & Ferb, that can be watched on any device anytime, anywhere.
- Disney Channel Apps. Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD. Kids and family can enjoy all the 3 Disney Channels via this digital destination
- Disney Interactive World. A world of mobile and web-based games, apps and e-books based on the best-loved Disney stories.
Rob Gilby, managing director of The Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia, said Disney fans in the Philippines can now access their favorite Disney content across various devices.
Among Disney's brands are Disney and Pixar who are famous of producing animated movies which both kids and adults enjoy; Marvel who is well-known for it's superhero films; Star Wars which has been part of the industry for a few decades now and will be releasing their seventh film this 2015 and Maker Studios who is known for producing videos for channels on YouTube.
Globe Telecom has shown its market that their products can be enjoyed both by adults and kids as well. With their latest announcement, they are sure to be bringing families closer together which is the most important thing for any Filipino.
