Marriott Manila Expansion: Philippines’ Largest Grand Ballroom and 3 Dining Outlets Opening Soon

Here's your first look at the massive expansion of the 5 star hotel: the newly opened Marriott Grand Ballroom–the country's largest and most high-tech Grand Ballroom–and three new dining destinations that are opening soon.

Marriott Grand Balloom

The brand new grand ballroom is one of the biggest projects of Resorts World Manila, and actually saw its beginnings back in 2009. Now that it is open to the public for bookings, it aims to tap the MICE market not just in the Philippines but also within its neighbors in Asia — MICE stands for "Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions." At the recent press launch, it was revealed to the guests and media that a total of 140 million USD was spent in creating the premiere meeting destination in the Philippines, the country's largesst ballroom to date. With a tagline "Meetings Imagined" Marriott Grand Ballroom will work closely with every client for their F&B planning, customizing a food and drink menu to suit the personality of every event rather than having specific 'set menus' that can be limiting.
