1. Upload your best Hannah Montana look-a-like picture and get a chance to win a limited edition denim notebook and retractable earphones.
2. Promo starts June 11 and ends July 14, 2009.
3. To join, upload your Hannah Montana look-a-like photos together with your name, mobile number and valid e-mail address.
4. Each participant is encouraged to use only one email address because multiple entries are not allowed. A participant can win only once for the duration of the promo.
5. Winners will be notified through e-mail.
6. Winners should claim their prize within the specified dates indicated in the e-mail notification, otherwise these would be forfeited in favor of Surf Shop, Inc.. Please bring your valid driver's license and copy of the e-mail notification letter upon claiming your prize.
7. All winners should present driver's license.
8. All employees of Surf Shop, Inc., Walt Disney Pictures and relatives up to the third (3rd) degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified to join this promo.
