13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi

An American action/war film directed and co-produced by Michael Bay and written by Chuck Hogan, it is based on Mitchell Zuckoff's book, 13 hours. It recounts the events of six members of a security team who fought to defent the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya after terrorist attacs in September 2012.

A bullied teen reluctantly agrees to babysit at an isolated country mansion on Halloween night. When a small boy in a pig mask appears at the door trick-or-treating, her night becomes a horrifying and violent cat-and-mouse game. She then must do all things possible if she wants to survive the night.

A historical period drama film based on Colm Tóibín's novel of the same name, it is about an Irish immigrant who moves to Brooklyn in the 1950s where she quickly falls into a romantic relationship with a local which removes her homesickness. Soon enough, her life in New York is interrupted by her past and she must choose between two countries and the lives which exist within.

Starring Angel Locsin, Xian Lim and Vilma Santos, it is about a strict CEO of a big company who learns that she has cancer. She then is assigned to a nurse to take care of her who has to convince her son to come home from the US and live with them.

 

The New Adventures Of Aladdin

Directed by Arthur Benzaquen, it stars Kev Adams, Jean-Paul Rouve and Vaness Guide. It is about the classic story of Aladdin complete with the magic lamp, a princess, a bad guy and a genie. It is about the mischief-maker who we know but with a whole new twist in this adventure. 

 

Fathers and Daughters

A drama film directed by Gabriel Muccino, it stars Russell Crowe and Amanda Seyfried in a powerful exploration of the parental bond. It is based on a script written by Brad Desch as part of the Black List project. An award-winning writer copes with being a widower and a father while 27 years later, his daughter struggles to make connections of her own.

 

The Boy

It is a thriller about an American nanny who is shocked to know that her new English family's boy who she has to take care of is actually a life-sized doll. After violating a list of strict rules which the parents have given her, a couple of disturbing events make her believe that the doll is actually alive.
