Secret in Their Eyes

This film marks as the first one where Julia Roberts and Nicole Kidman work together, along with Oscar nominee Chiwetel Ejiofor. Based on the Academy-Award winning Argentinian film, the movie tells a story about an investigator attempting to reopen a case from thirteen years ago that tore him and his closest friends apart.

In The Heart of the Sea
Opens December 3, Thursday

Starring Thor a.k.a. Chris Hemsworth, Cillian Murphy from 'The Dark Knight Rises,' and future Spider-Man Tom Holland, the film is based on the best-selling book about the dramatic maritime journey that inspired Herman Melville to write 'Moby-Dick.' The new action-adventure directed by Ron Howard takes place in 1820, when a whaling ship is stranded in the middle of the sea after an encounter with a massive whale.

The Little Prince

The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry is a classic novel first published 1943 and has been passed down from different generations since. This timeless story comes to life on the big screen as computer-animated family drama fantasy film, where a little girl becomes unlikely friends with an elderly aviator with a story to tell about a young boy who lives in an asteroid out in space.

Krampus

A boy who had a bad holiday experience, turns his back on Christmas and the lack of festive spirit ends up accidentally unleashing an ancient demonic force, Krampus, punishing non-believers. You better watch out — the dark counterpart of Santa Claus comes to life on the big screen in this darkly festive tale of a yuletide ghoul.

Angela Markado

Directed by Carlo J. Caparas, this thriller starring Andi Eigenmann and Epi Quizon is a remake of a 1980 film starring Hilda Koronel, directed by Lino Brocka. In the movie, a woman named Angela seeks revenge on men who assaulted her and left her for dead.

Point Break
Opens December 3, Thursday

Opening also this week is the film packed with extreme action across land, water, and air–a remake of the popular 1991 movie of the same title, starring Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves. This time around, director Eric Core casts Luke Bracey with Edgar Ramírez along with real-world action sports heroes to tell the story of a young FBI agent going undercover to infiltrate a gang of extreme sports enthusiasts who double as thieves.
