A new pizzeria opens in Forbestown Center, offering authentic Italian pizzas fresh and hot from their brick oven.
PepeRosso is now open in Burgos Circle and is now baking Neapolitan-style pizzas on their brick oven — authentic 'Napolitana' pizzas are popular for their unique profile of being charred, thin-crust, crisp outside yet chewy and elastic on inside, and topped conservatively with ingredients. Their Napolitana Style pizza comes in two sizes. Flavors include classics like 4 Cheese (P200 solo/P370) and Margherita (P150 solo/P260), Tartufina (P335 solo /P625) with truffle cream and spicy salami, and for for a Filipino twist, there's Longanisa (P195/P345) pizza.
PepeRosso also serves assorted Panuozzo, Italian panini sandwiches baked in the brick oven. They have sandwiches like Meatballs (P295) with mozzarella and tomato sauce, Montenapoleone (P330) with parma ham, and for a meatless option, the Della Spiga (P350) filled with lettuce, tomatoes, mushroom cream, and mozzarella.
The new Italian restaurant also offers traditional pasta dishes (choose from spaghetti, fettufine, penne, and fusili) like the Bolognese (P195), Napolitan Lasagna (P280) with meatballs, Vongole (P320), and creamy Tartufo (P385).
