Are you a fan of cream puffs? If you love biting into those little round sweet treats, then I have found the Mommy definitely for you.

Puff Mommy
Levon Aragon whips up the delightful little cream puffs straight from her home kitchen. Named by her husband, 'Puff Mommy' are rich, mouth watering cream puffs topped with chocolate, that have been a regular favorite at the Karl Edward Bazaars held at the NBC Tent.

Truly homemade treats, Levon tells me that the cream puffs and the other baked goodies are made by her own hands. "Everything is home made and from scratch. We do everything in the kitchen at home, so we don't use those industrial baking equipment," she shares. These cream puffs are genuinely a labor of love by Levon.
Creamy Delight

As I was about to take a bite of the puff, she urges me to tell her what I think of the cream puff, and jests that I shouldn't say nice things about it just because she's in front of me.

I have to say this isn't your typical, run-of-the-mill cream puff found in big bakeshops or hotels. What makes the pretty Puff Mommies extra special is its ultra-rich, sweet and creamy filling, that I cannot compare to any other cream puff that I have tasted. There's also a hint of hazelnut in the mix of flavors that tantalize your tastebuds. And so I happily share this to Levon, and she smiles.

Levon also tells me that some prefer to have their cream puffs fresh and hot, while others like to refrigerate them for a while and eat them at a cooler temperature. I am the latter, and I kept my box of Puff Mommy in our refrigerator and eat a couple to reward myself for a hard day's work - or I just some excuse to eat a lot of the puffs.

Boxes of 12 and 20
Puff Mommy Creampuffs are sold by the dozen (12 pieces for P220) and in a box of twenty (20 pieces for P350). The puffs are best eaten within 3 to 5 days, but lasts a week if refrigerated (that's what I did!).
Other pastry items are also available aside from their best-selling cream puffs: Pavlova (8" round cake for P380), Banana Rama cream pie (6" round tub for P220), and Mango Mambo Cheesecake (6" round tub for P250).

Puff Mommy is a regular at the Karl Edward Bazaars, so you can buy them every month at the NBC Tent at The Fort. Puff Mommy also has a weekly delivery schedule to the following areas: Makati, Ortigas, Paranaque-Alabang, and Binondo. It is best to order in advance (2 days), especially now that Christmastime is approaching and the cream puffs are selling like pancakes!
