Enrollment on going in the Philippines' First Ever Freelancing School.
The One School, a CHED accredited non-traditional Entrepreneurial College that advocates personalized education and innovative learning, and Raket.ph, a tech startup that provides a dynamic freelancing platform, just launched the first ever freelancing school in the Philippines, RaketOne.
RaketOne was fittingly born at the center of the innovation hub at Paseo de Roxas, aka Area 55. Having aligned values and vision, The One School and Raket.ph. designed a learning program for freelancers. RaketOne gives freelancers the opportunity to improve their skills and, to those who are interested to venture into freelancing, to learn the basics.
The One School and Raket.ph’s joint mission is to create an environment that caters to the learning advancement of freelancers and future Raketeers that is, at same time, friendly to their unique career situation. The vision is to develop and sustain in each freelancer the passion for continuing education.
Set to launch in July 31, RaketOne features an impressive lineup of mentors including Rock Ed Philippines’ Gang Badoy Capati (Writing 101) and AVA.ph’s Oliver Segovia (Marketing 101).
The lineup for RaketOne’s pilot workshop series include photography, stocks, social media management & marketing, voice acting, marketing, writing, graphic design, mobile development, events management, how to start your own business, and creating a business plan.
The program will run for two weeks. Each workshop constitutes two three-hour sessions, for a total of six hours. Some workshops will have shadowing and immersion sessions.
The fee is 3000 Php.
