Yurakuen Japanese Restaurant at Diamond Hotel Philippines will hold a Kaiseki Wine Dinner event on July 9, 2014, now open for reservation at Php 2,250 nett per person.

The dinner is a four-course Kaiseki delight paired with wines from The Straits Wine Company, the contemporary leader in wine business in Southeast Asia. The intricate menu selection starts with the soft acerbic taste of the marinated Japanese Taro and Crabstick followed by marinated Lapu-lapu, Salmon Pike Conger with Lionel Osmin La Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2012. When the first exciting set of blends departs the table, Lionel Osmin La Reserve Malbec 2012 will be poured and matched with Cherry Blossom Clear Soup, garnished with Shrimp. To compliment the Slow Cooked Pork with Yam, Asparagus and Mustard is Lionel Osmin Mon Adour Aoc Madiran 2009. And the last mate for the palette is the Chateau Patache DÁux 2009 harmonized with Inaniwa Noodles with Sea Urchin and Egg. Ending the meal is saccharine wonder in a slice, Tiramisu.
