About

Spätzle are small dumplings made in southern Germany and Alsace, consisting of seasoned dough poached in boiling water. Literally translated, Spatzle means “little sparrow”.

Apart from the usual favorite pasta fares, diners will be delighted to find spatzle creatively infused in many of our dishes in ways one does not expect. Spätzle promises to be unintimidating and non- discriminating. There’s an air of community, reminiscent of real European Markets.

Other specialtiy of the hiuse is Roesti (a.k.a. ro:sti, a traditional Swiss dish consisting mainly of potatoes. Originally a common breakfast item in a small province, today it is eaten all over Switzerland and also in many parts of the Western World.

To us Filipinos, it is most relatable to what we know as hash browns. Except that roesti is always freshly prepared. We imported a special, dedicated machine to ensure the potatoes are prepared to perfection. The prep spells the difference to a perfect roesti.
