MADECA is the newest flame of the Filipino’s palate. Opening its doors in November 2012, MADECA takes inspiration from more than 250 years of the Manila-Acapulco trade (Galleon Trade), thus the name MA-DE-CA (for MAnila de aCApulco). As the name suggests, it promises to conjure the very best of Filipino and Mexican cuisine, digging deep into our roots and combining the best of both worlds. MADECA takes pride in being the first Filipino-Mexican restaurant in the Metro. The concept of Fil-Mex might sound new, but the recipes have long found a loving home in the hearts (and stomachs) of Filipinos.
MADECA offers a wide range of comfort Fil-Mex food like the crowd favorites Sisig Burritos, Lechon Kawali Mexikanin , and Salpicao Tacos. For those who want more classic Mexican-style dishes, MADECA also offers Fish or Chicken tacos, and Chili Con Carne Burritos. Mexikanin (rice) meals, like Sisig Mexikanin and Chicken Mexikanin, are also available to satisfy those with big appetites. For vegetarians, there\'s always our Spinach & Mushroom Quesadillas, Roasted Bell Pepper & Caramelized Onions Quesadillas, and our classic MADECA Chips & Salsa.
