Cova is the newest tapas and sangria bar conceptualized by two young and talented entrepreneurs Tatyana Guevara and Patrick Hesse.

Coming home from their recent stint in Barcelona, Spain where they both did their Culinary training in a Ritz-Carlton property called Hotel Arts, these two food lovers have decided to bring the Spanish experience of great tapas and refreshing sangria back to Manila.

Cova in itself is a statement piece. Its gorgeous cave-like interiors created by Luigi Tabuena follows the Catalan (used Spanish dialect in Barcelona) name Cova which stands for cave. The ambiance is absolutely perfect for a chill night with friends. It’s the place to be for decent conversations, awesome Tapas and a glass of ice-cold Sangria.
