For the full Spanish feast, mix and match your tapas and pintxos with Hola Bombon's nightly happy hour — G&T lovers can enjoy a gin-all-you-can experience with Noches de Fiesta. Guests can customize their drink with the bar's selection of garnishes and botanicals, and choose among two tiers of gins.
Premium Selection (P699) includes Larios, Belgravia, Bombay Sapphire and Tanqueray, while De Lugo Selection (P1,299) gins are Hendrick’s, Roku, Boodles, Sipsmith and Plymouth.
Noche de Fiesta is available every evening from 9:00pm to 11:30pm at Hola Bombon, located at the 2nd level of 5887 Fermina corner Enriquez Streets, in Poblacion, Makati. The restuarant is open Tuesday to Thursday from 6pm to 1am, Friday to Saturday from 5pm to 2am, and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. It is closed on Monday.
