Indulge in Premium Steak and Other Eats for Less at Sear Steak Scullery

Oh my, steak!

Born out of love for food, The Red Baron Group (Red Baron Ribs & Steaks, Megawatt) has yet again developed a concept where they've incorporated the familiar Asian flavors and the comforts of the wild west. At Sear Steak Scullery, they exquisitely prepare steaks from a wide range of steak selection and modern Asian fusion bites. 

Designed to exude an authentic Western-themed restaurant, Sear is the only steak place in the Banawe area that offers a full-service semi-fine dining experience serving succulent steak from the famously known USDA Certified Meats to the finest cut of the HIDA Wagyu steak flown fresh from Japan. The restaurant offers steak lovers specially seared dishes in a technique learned perfectly executed over the years.

Start any meal with a basket of malunggay pandesal smeared with their blend of cilantro-infused butter that's served at every table. You can also opt to have their Cheese Fondue (P285) which is a blend of appenzeller, cheddar and aged gruyere with a dash of amaretto served with cubes of toasted bread. For a more refreshing starter, they have three salads you can choose from but the special Sesame Miso-Vinaigrette (P193/single; P303/duo) topped with mandarin oranges is a must-try if you want something sweet and tangy.

What looked like a dish of pizza pasta is their Pepperoni Tomato Pasta (P245/single; P385/duo) that's perfect for sharing. Al dente pasta tossed in freshly crafted tomato sauce and topped with smoked pepperoni slices. They have something for pescatarians as well, this flawlessly Baked Salmon (P358) topped with white sauce and oozing with cheese is a personal favorite.

Go in groups and order the huge slab of Chicken Florentine (P358) that's good for sharing. It's an herb-crusted chicken in special creamed spinach sauce topped with melted gruyere cheese served with a choice of Cilantro Garlic Rice (P118) or a dish of creamy mashed potato. Let's not forget about what the restaurant takes pride on, the Classic T-Bone (P1185/350g; P1399/450g) seared perfectly to lock in the juices so it will remain tender and packed with flavor. Other affordable steaks include a U.S. Striploin, Spicy Butcher Steak and a Breakfast Strip Steak. All steak meals come with bread, soup of the day, french beans and corn, mashed potato or rice and ice cream.

Sear Steak Scullery not only serve lip-smacking meals; they do not kid when it comes to their sweet treats as well like this Salted Caramel-Pretzel (P220) milkshake that you can sip between meals. For dessert, they have a few you can choose from — Sear's Chocolate-Caramel Cake (P165), Velvet Cake by Red Baron (P173), Good Shepperd's Sansrival (P132) or the soft-serve ice cream which comes with any of their set meals.
